When I was a little girl growing up in Jamaica, I would lay in the sun when I was upset. Turns out sunshine actually makes you happy according to science. I had a rough week: a terrible cold, car trouble, and holiday stress already mounting. I still do bathe myself in sunlight when I feel down… try it. I also notice that I wear a lot of bright colors too… it just does something for my soul. I was so tired today I couldn’t get it up for a good outfit. Bright accessories are my go to on days like this, it somehow helps to pull the look together.

Here is the real sunshine in my life, best medicine ever! Better than sunshine, Chanel, Prada, and Pumpkin Spiced Lattés! No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always come home to a great big hug and milk mustache kisses. They are by far my best accessories, and most loved pieces.  {Oh yeah, you too Hubs LOL!!}
